Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. The Pro Card was granted a year later at the age of 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. Thus becoming the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after 6 years in order to finish her college. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing more ambitious goals every year. In 2009 she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. In the show, she finished at third. In summer 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and was crowned sixth place within the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more than proud of her placing. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over rows on the machine that use single arm lat pull downs. First, she warms up prior to moving on to working sets. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings to all her back exercises. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
