Summer glau

Firefly was Whedon's next popular show and she must have really had an impact. The character of Summer Glau's River Tam was a complicated character which Glau was able to handle with ease. In the role of Tam her character, she was required to participate in government research that required her to be trained to be the ultimate assassin. Tam's ability to control emotions was taken away from her. Glau's fighting skills were also shown in the show Firefly. The fact that she was being trained to be an assassin allowed Glau to fully use her athletic ability. Summer Glau was classically-trained as dancer. Summer Glau's dancing skills include flamenco, tango, and many other kinds. However, a fractured toe cut off her career. Firefly only lasted only one season but it gained a huge fan following. It was so passionate that Whedon returned to the show just a couple of years after. Summer Glau was still getting good work during the time.
